I was halfway through one of them & I just stopped & thought (for once) about what it was doing to me & my loved-ones; so I decided to simply go cold-turkey & promised myself that I wouldn't let another one touch my lips, no matter what. I also knew my mum's birthday was the next day (2nd of December) & since I couldn't get her anything, I thought this would please her; & I was right. She had a mini-stroke a while ago & the last thing I want is to stress her over the smoking or have her breathing any more second-hand smoke. I didn't regret not giving them up before, because I was always in so much physical pain & grief over the loss of my baby rabbit that I didn't care what it was doing to my health; & in my misery, I didn't stop to think about my family (which I admit was very selfish of me, but I hope to make up for that). It's been over 72 hours now & I haven't been craving, nor have I weaken... less

If you ask a question in the comment section, you either get ignored for an eternity or get stupid answers such as "Darude - Sandstorm" ... & that's no joke. If you're very lucky, you might get a halfway decent answer, but don't hold your breath. Speaking from experience, you hardly ever get a good reply & you almost never get an answer from whoever posted the video. And especially don't expect YouTubers like Jacksepticeye to reply, because they're way too popular to answer each individual question they get on their videos... -_- less

I still recall the huge snowman my youngest niece (now aged 7) wanted to build just outside the window of my bungalow bedroom; as she knew of my disabilities preventing me from going out & playing with her in the snow & she just felt so sorry for me, knowing that I was missing out on the fun. I have to admit, it was quite a surprise when I opened the window-blind the next day! LOL. In response to your more serious question; me being an auntie since the age of 9 (& currently having a total of 8 nieces/nephews, now that I'm 31.5 years old), I can safely say that a two-year-old probably won't be very focused on watching the entire "Frozen II" animated feature film in the cinema, as most toddlers won't stay perfectly still in front of a TV screen for extended periods. My youngest nephew is currently 2-3 years old & he will often get up & play all around the room, even when we put his favourite TV shows on for him (he would also grizzle... less

If we could find a rabbit with naturally-born pink fur, though; that would be totally awesome! LOL. By the way; I deeply despise the mere mention of rabbits being used as a source of food & I would sooner starve to death with a live bunny for company before committing "bunnycide"! One thing I've learned over time; some people are dog people, others are cat people ... I'm one of the rabbit people (& quite accidentally TBH)! I recall I used to want my own dog/puppy for years, but never did get any pet other than the odd goldfish or one time when I had zebra-finches (the latter of which I wasn't able to care for before long ... mostly because I was struggling with huge problems at school & I didn't yet feel responsible enough to care for them; so I decided to do the right thing & give them to someone who I knew would take proper care of them). Well, for me, I'd say it's been keeping my immune system strong enough to keep serious illness at bay. I've been prone to illness since I was very young & it has only got worse as I got older. I'm unable to get vaccinated for illnesses, as I had a bad reaction to the MMR vaccine when I was 14 & was told the next one could kill me. So, I do tend to catch colds/flus a lot (though I always have anyway), but I've noticed that it has never advanced to more serious conditions such as pneumonia or other infections. It could be because (when I'm alone in my own room) I choose to wear a light vest top & shorts, whilst cooling my exposed skin with a water spray bottle, cooling gel packs & electric bedroom fan. I've also been losing a lot of muscle & fat all over my body this past year alone, so I don't retain much heat. My mum worries that I'll get hypothermia, but I almost always feel comfortable with these temperatures, even with the weather getting cooler. I do cover up sometimes... less

I'm not surprised, though. Where I live (Northern Ireland), we often get mostly wind & rain, but rarely see snow until mid-late winter; & even then, it usually stays in areas that are more up in the hills/mountains. If we're lucky, snow enthusiasts might see a light snowstorm that is enough to turn everything white & maybe give us a few inches, but we don't really get to see crazy amounts of snow. Personally, I love watching falling snow (preferably with a hot chocolate & marshmallows), as it's so relaxing to sit beside a window, just watching it fall. The only "snow" I've seen so far this year is either on TV or within my newest "white rabbits" snow-globe. Hopefully that'll change someday soon & we'll see some real cosy weather, as good as any TV show. Being physically disabled, I get fed up being confined; but I'll always make an exception for snowy days! =o) less

I'm not a doctor or medical professional in any way, but I've spent so much of my life at hospitals/clinics that they've become a second home to me & I've soaked up a fair amount of medical info like a sponge over the years, so I definitely know plenty ... but I digress. Has this ever happened to you before? And if so, does it happen within a certain time of year or when there's a specific kind of weather/environmental change? If so, it could be a condition known as "Seasonal Affective Disorder" (or "SAD" for short), which would make you very sensitive during a certain time of year or during certain types of weather; especially when there is more electrical energy in the air, like just before a thunderstorm. Or you could simply have "Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity" (or "EH" for short), which means you feel electricity more, espec... less

Sorry I'm only replying now, as I've been rather fatigued & some of my other health issues have been playing up. I have to admit, I've always enjoyed nature whenever I could experience it & I do love the colours, as well as the sounds & smell of nature wherever it takes me. Even certain kinds of weather interest me, such as lightning storms, rainy days & snowy weather (as I enjoy watching/listening to the sound as a form of relaxation). One of my favourite things to do is stargazing & I have even seen a few meteor showers, as well as some unusual sights. It's been a long while since I've done any of that, though, especially since I had my lower right leg amputated (something that sounds horrible, but I can honestly say that my pain was worse before the surgery, so it's all for the best). Hopefully with the help of a prosthesis (which I hope to gain sometime in the future), I'll be more mobile again someday & then I can really experience the outdoors like I've wanted to do f... less

This is NOT always the case! For example; did you know that sperm can be blue? Apparently whoever has such an issue needs a prostate exam ASAP, because it can spell trouble in that area! Also, why do filthy-minded people always like to assume that white stains are really "Big John's Jamba Juice" (to put it in a funnier but cuss-free way)?? There are hundreds of things that can explain/cause white stains; whether it's milk, cream, yogurt, cream-cheese, toothpaste, glue, Tipp-Ex, white paint, flour, ash, talcum powder ... & goodness knows what else! The only kind of "colour therapy" that I'd honestly know about is art-related therapy, as I have quite a lot of adult colouring books & top quality colouring pens/pencils & assorted gel pens for myself to colour with; as well as some stuff I keep for sharing with my younger niece & nephews. Honestly, though; I actually do need to get new stuff for them when I have the opportunity to browse shops again, as I've kinda run out of stuff they can use properly now (but getting it myself won't be quite so easy, as my health has since kept me confined to bed & even brought my physiotherapy to a grinding halt, so I definitely won't be doing any walking until at least 2020). I've had a long think about this one & the most controversial one that comes to my mind would be "A Clockwork Orange (1971)". The main reason I think it could've benefited from the loss of the main character would be due to the fact that someone as unhinged as Alex would probably be at risk of some kind of mental trigger that sends him haywire & causes him to hurt or possibly kill someone. Also, his suicide could've indeed proven that the government-run facility had gone a step too far with their dangerous experimentation & his loss of life could have ensured the safety of all future prisoners who might hope to someday lessen their sentence by becoming human lab-rats (to potentially something far more deadly). As wrong as it may sound, Alex taking his own life could've been fated to happen for the good of others, (except they decided to film it the way it is now instead). Honestly, though ... I hope my post doesn't sound like I'm as crazy as all that! LOL. less

I can relate this with something I've seen before, though I'm afraid it isn't exactly as believable as other theories might be! LOL. Anyway, I can definitely recall this exact scenario being based on an "X-Files" episode (Season 1, episode 11: "Eve"), which involves a process known as "exsanguination", meaning the complete draining of blood. I know it's a weird reference, but I thought I'd share it anyway. I hope I haven't gone too far though! less
About Me:
I'm 31 years old with Aspergers Syndrome and live with my mum as my main carer. I've suffered a lot of disabilities and health problems for the majority of my life. But not only have I survived sepsis alongside emergency ileostomy and tracheotomy surgeries, I have recently had a below-knee amputation for my right leg and foot (in which I've suffered 10 years of CRPS that has since confined me to a wheelchair). Luckily, I'm a fighter. My stump has since healed well and I hope to learn to walk again someday, even if it's only short distances. I have 3 older sisters (2 of whom are registered as my part-time carers) as well as 3 nieces, 4 nephews and 1 great-nephew. All of them have really been supporting me through this. I also had a baby rabbit who I named 'Tardis', but he sadly had to be put to sleep not long after Christmas 2018, aged 10 months and 24 days old (he suffered GI stasis, which is almost always fatal for rabbits). He was my baby, so I sometimes still find myself grieving for him. I can't get another rabbit either, as my mum couldn't cope with another just yet. So, yeah. There's a LOT going on in my life right now...
PS- I forgot to mention that I also suffer PTSD, from the time I almost died of sepsis. I was trapped in a coma for 5 weeks and had very realistic, frightening visions that made me feel like I'd died and was in some kind of purgatory (because I couldn't wake up and I'd lost all sense of reality). I don't remember the first time waking, but they told me I was so distressed that I tried to rip out my trachea, so they had to put me under again. The second time waking wasn't any less upsetting, as one of the scenarios I recall during the coma led me to believe my mum was dead; so I naturally broke down in tears when I saw my mum beside my bed in ICU. I've had flashbacks since, where I'd wake and see the ICU ward instead of my bedroom and I'd really feel the trachea tube in my throat. Other times, I'd have flashbacks of when I was trapped in the coma and seeing those terrible visions. Sudden lights flashing on and off or sudden loud noises that remind me of either being in hospital or within the coma visions; these will trigger my PTSD and either leave me crying my eyes out and trembling or else I'd be in a catatonic state (until someone touches me on the arm or shoulder, causing me to scream in fright and then start crying/hyperventilating). I used to be okay with my baby rabbit to quickly help my emoti
