It's been a long time except for a 24-hour stomach bug a couple years ago.. I take Echinacea every day, and when I think I've been exposed to something take two each day for a week or so.
At least a few months, as far as I can tell. I tried to recall the last time I was in such a situation, but it doesn’t come to mind. I have a lot to be grateful for, wouldn’t you agree? It’s funny how much we can focus so intently both on being well and being sick when we are sick, but we don’t even notice either one when we are well. LOL! ~
