Is this a grammatical question?  I think I had one of these on my final. 
I wasn't sure if the professor was trying to be funny or if he was asking a question.

You have not told us what the other possible 75%.  You have only told us you are 25% witty.  Or is that 50% witty and the other 50% unknown?
