What do you need to do to declare yourself head of a Church or a Foundation? Soliciting money is legal if you have filled out the right forms?

That's the standard advice, of course..  But, since the government CANNOT decide what a religion is, you don't need to ask them ANYTHING.  You don't need their permission at all to be a church.  In fact, I happen to be the head of MY church.  What?  Owning a church is an EXCELLENT tax deduction.
