He has said since Mar that he has the texts etc showing that he was working with the State department on Ukraine. This is not new. He send some of the to Fox to back some of a while back.
Rudy might look like a vampire but I bet he is also a sneaky little weasel at heart. So I bet he has lots of incriminating stuff on Trump and Trumps family and friends. Rudy might even have the Russian hooker tapes and the Apprentice N word tape. Rudy might not be the only person that has all that info either. Last year Rudy locked himself out of his smart phone because he entered the wrong password 10X in a row and he couldn't figure out how to unlock it so he brought it to a Apple store for help - all the info on his phone could of been copied by someone at the store. Scary part is a few days before he brought his phone to the store Trump had appointed him as a acting cyber security chief so you have a acting cyber security chief who can't unlock a phone and hands his phone to people that might see sensitive info.
