Censure = A formal expression of disapproval
    How would that change anything?

The impeachment question can be very simple ... was bribery attempted or not?

What is the definition of a bribe?
persuade (someone) to act in one's favor, typically illegally or dishonestly, by a gift of money or other inducement.

Another question is ... Did Trump and Giuliani violate the Logan Act?
Since Giuliani is Trump's personal lawyer, could the President legally give him authority to negotiate with a foreign government?

I agree what would be the point.

No, a President cannot violate the Logan act. The President makes foriegn policy. And there is a long history of US using non gov employees to farther that policy.
