I didn't eat that much of it...not a fan. I don't eat much on T-day or any other day. I did eat a piece of the apple my I made. One of the grand daughters said it was the best she ever had.
There are many foods I enjoy, but quite time consuming to make. I just don't eat very much anymore as I am not as active as I once was due to physical disabilities I have incurred. As Ben Franklin said..."Eat to live, don't live to eat." Odd, as he is often depicted as rather portly.
Yes. Well, if you were feeling better you would have a better appetite. Lack of movment does not mean loss of appetite. That is when most people over eat. I don't think Ben Franklin had a passing acuqaintance with a good diet. God. He was a blimp. But, anyway, I am the one who always says that on here, not Ben.
I am still able to work a part time job that is physical and I try to blast myself when doing my PT. My body tells me when I have had enough to eat, so I maintain my weight between 155-160lbs. I do need to increase my muscle mass, though.
