Parents of VERY young children (under age 5), would you be offended if someone is not interested in seeing photos of your offspring?

Possibly.
In general, I don't refuse to look at someone's photos unless it's someone extremely close, like my husband.
Most people's photos are boring.
But I put up with it for the sake of politeness.
I try to turn them into an opportunity to create a conversation.

You just made a statement, not a question. Put the word 'Would' before 'parent'.

I was never a mother who pulled out pictures of the kids unless someone actually asked if I had any.  And today, people will put their grimy smudgy phone in your face unless, like me, you hold your hand up as if to say, "You're in my personal space!  Keep your germs, radiation, and blue light to yourself." 

This question makes no sense. It is not even a sentence.  

We would never subject anyone to an unwanted view.  That would be just plain rude
