My entire life, I’ve never purchased anything Duty Free, even though I’ve had hundreds of opportunities to do so.

I ask myself, “What’s the big deal?”

    On my first ship in Guam 1972, there was a huge sale of goods that could be taken home duty free. I bought a stereo music system and two sets of fine china duty free.
