    Ukrainian style cabbage rolls. My wife makes them the best. Can't share the secret recipe because it's not mine to share. Cheers!

    Stuffed cabbage? Armenians call it DOLMA and we stuff bell peppers, grape leaves and cabbage with it! Maybe every ethnic community has a version of it! Thank you for your reply Nanoose! :)

    No a cabbage roll is a cabbage leaf rolled around a mixture of meat, rice and spices. Cheers!

    No? How is that different from what I said Nanoose. You thought I meant what? Scoop out the center and stuff the meat inside the head of cabbage? OF COURSE you roll the leaf around the meat! How else could you do it?
