    Yes, they are yummy. I make latkes, which are a Kosher version.

    I have some in the freezer right now. The best seem to be from 'Cains'. (the potato chip people) They are all kosher by Rabbi Cain.

    I love potatoes period.  Not sweet potatoes though.  I do like hash browns but your picture is a casserole made with them.  I don't like frozen hash browns very much any more.  I rather shred the potatoes and use paper towels to dry them as much as possible, then pan fry them.  The frozen ones have been quick fried so like any other frozen potato they are saturated with questionable oils and ingredients.
