    Recently, I drove past the Cadillac Building in Sterling Heights, Michigan. I did not see anyone giving away new Caddys.

    Santa Hats are easy to get.  You have scissors.  You have a red piece of cloth.  You have a pillow. (gut the pillow, use the stuffing)   You have glue.

    Make a hat.
