"Get thee away from me Satan". Some do not believe in SATAN/DEVIL. Or that EVIL is out there constantly seducing us. Do you too?

I see the hand of SATAN/DEVIL in the fast rise to the top of the powerful heap of his spawn.

That any people of faith BELIEVE in him as being sent to them from GOD is blasphemous and the result of the hold EVIL has on people and how easily they are tricked into believing that all that cometh from SATAN DEVIL is a good.

There is no other explanation for it. The impeached deadhead does not come from God. It/he comes from "the other place" where rewarding the very worst in homo heads occurs each day.

A tragic play that is being acted out day after day after day after day. The irony? The those who profess to believe in GOD are the very ones supporting the evil. Encouraging it. Defending it. Supporting it. Promulgating it. Perpetrating it. Passing it forward.

The hand of the Devil is surely at work here. How do we break that awful spell and have people take off the blinders and see exactly what they are doing and who is in charge and what the purpose is for all of it?

As far as I know Rosie.....the imaginary Mr Satan has never written any hate filled books inciting others to kill and slaughter and disbelievers in him .....How many wars have been started to wipe out those that have never heard of him  .
To worship the sun and water makes far more sense to me...
Perverts that prey on children hide in his churches with out fear of being prosecuted..... yet still so many people think it is gods gift to humanity ...
The human race is evil with what it does to other species of all living ,growing life forms on this planet...

The devil is the whole human race I think......we are all guilty as adults mostly in one way or another....

Thank you for your reply D. I think there are BAD SEEDS. I think some people are born evil. Faulty wiring. I is in them that SATAN/DEVIL lives. Imaginary or otherwise is irrelevant. The effect on others is what matters. Intended or unintended. Deliberate or accidental. We are surrounded by wanton cold heartless cruel demonic homo heads. If we could only spot them on sight it would be a delight for we could avoid interacting with them. Sadly we only find out after the fact. Too soon old too late schmart! :) This post was edited by RosieG at December 27, 2019 6:27 AM MST

The problem with your construct is evidence suggests the overwhelming majority of humans are quite malleable. Humans are social creatures, and the expectations/feedback  society imposes dramatically impact human behavior.

Yes, some people show signs of psycopathy early on (usually by abusing small animals). But most "evil" people become that way because they are products of circumstance.

For an extreme example of this, I recommend reading about neuroscientist James Fallon, who has specialized in studying the brain structures of violent criminals, serial killers, and the like. He has seen certain structural alterations in the brains of such people which he does not see in most "normal" people. Moreover, he discovered one day that he has some of the same neural structures as he sees in his "evil" research subjects. He attributes his lack of psycopathy to having grown up in a loving nurturing environment (unlike almost all of the "evil" people he studies).

There but for the grace of genetic variation and reasonably good parenting go us?

Why is being malleable a problem SP? Don t they more willingly fall under the spell of whatever is out there at a given time? I see no problem at all with it. Why do you? Thank you for your reply and Happy Friday to ya! :)

I apologize. I think I may have clicked on the wrong question when I posted my reply above. When I went back to re-read the question, it did not seem to be the one I thought I was responding to. I guess not all of my neurons were fully awake.

Anyway, I think my answer was meant for another similar question you asked, and it makes much less sense in this context.
