Do you look older than you are or younger? Or about the same?

This guy is 95. Really.

    Younger.

I do not believe he is 95yr old. No wrinkles and too much sun for no wrinkles. And ears and nose are too small.

Hatha yoga, a good diet and good sleep achieve that.
But one has to start young and keep it up.

Never too late to start and all of it makes a difference.
We could make our lives healthier happier and longer if we started with the gentlest exercises today.

  • I hope I look that good at 95.

I think I look my age (28). I could probably pass for a few years younger, though.

I have been told I look 10-15 years younger than I am.  I have very few facial wrinkles.

Younger, yes; but only five years or so.

Too young for me, but I guess that'd be up to you.

I believe I look at least five years older than I am.

It used to be the other way round, looking 5 -10 years younger because I'd never smoked and had never consumed much sugar or alcohol.

But now my time in the sun has caught up with me. My face in the last few years has become a great mass of wrinkles.

I imagine you are beautiful. You avatar pic is ambiguous. Who cares...looks mean naught. You are beautiful. This post was edited by Element 99 at January 3, 2020 6:22 PM MST

Deep smiles all the way through me. :) :) :)
    Thank you, Ele.
I have always believed that inner beauty counts more.
When the body starts to decline, what's inside is the only thing we have left.
My former avatar was a pic of me at a local cafe back when I was about 53, ten years ago.

I wonder at my vanity - why the loss of looks bothers me.
It's a creeping and probably irrational fear that somehow I am unacceptable or unattractive to others,
not a sexual but a social thing.

This photo was taken by a friend of ours last year.
You can see a tiny bit of grey creeping in around the temples. Genetic. Mum was barely grey even at 90.
I don't mind grey. At least it lets one claim one's years of experience.
The lighting flatters - hides the wrinkles.
I chopped my hair off yesterday -- a 1-inch crop all over -- want to be comfortable,
not have to comb and brush out tangles every day while I'm away on my Vipassana course from the 10th to the 20th this month.

I would think so...you are only 8 and look like you are 32.
