I saw this in the grocery store and got sick



Am I the only person in the world who only likes the chocolate outer-cookie part of the Oreo? How much STUF do they think we need? First, double stuff, then mega stuff and now Most Stuf (their spelling, not mine)

How about NO STUF?

  • OMG!  Dude.  This is like the Lauren Daigle of cookies for you and I.  LOL!  Here is where we veer off in separate directions once more.  I love "The Stuf".  Gotta have "The Stuf".  Gimmie "The Stuf".  Tell you what though, since you are my friend I promise I will always twist the chocolate cookie portion off and share it with you.   Just ignore my mouth full of white stuf.  Mmm!  Mmm!  Mmm!     Do you remember the Oreo ads from a few years ago that were written and performed by Owl City of "Fireflies" fame.  I loved those commercials.  I think Nabisco commissioned a few different artists at the time to create jingles for them.  Owl City's was my fave.

    Nope, I never heard this. I love it! I like Owl City a lot! I basically only know him from 'Fireflies' but he has a distinctive voice, and it is a voice I like.

    I never heard that either until you started playing that on your laptop.
    I never heard of Fireflies or Owl City until you introduced me to the artist and his songs.

    That music creeps me out to no end. :) In the best kind of way.

    That whole movie does the same to me -- even with just the opening music here you posted. From the one time I watched that movie, I'm thinking it's the first thing we hear in the movie. And I think I read that's Mia Farrow singing. Is Mia Farrow the actress? Second-guessing myself at the moment on knowing the actress but I'm pretty sure it is Farrow in that movie. I see her image there but questioning myself a bit. ):

    Hey Y'All! 

    I hereby pledge my undying love for Hydrox and bitterly lament the loss of my favorite tasty go-to when life was full of relentless suckage.  Hydrox cookies were a vastly higher cookie life-form with a less-sweet filling and a crunchier cookie shell than Oreos,  making it less likely to become soggy when dunked in milk. 

    The sad story begins in 1999 when Hyrdrox cookies were discontinued.
    There was carnage, hysteria. It was the worst of times. 
    My life was in tatters.
    It was shattered.

    And then! My prayers were answered! 
    Like Christ, our beloved HYDROX was resurrected!

    In 2015, Leaf Brands registered the Hydrox trademark, which had been abandoned by former owner Kellogg's. Leaf began production of its version of Hydrox on September 4, 2015.   In 2017 the recipe was changed to remove artificial flavors that had been used for 50 years and the company obtained non-GMO certification. 

    Behold, as with Christ, Satan abounds and attempted to deceive and deprive the loyal Hyrdrox followers of our faith in our beloved cookie.  Leaf Brands filed a Federal Trade Commission complaint in 2018 against the filthy swine scum makers of Oreo cookies, for hiding Hydrox cookies from customers on store shelves.
