I honestly believe he behaves the way he does on purpose. He is creating a persona to shock. He is not stupid enough to say what he says and think people will just accept it.
I totally agree with thee Ondine. I believe culthead dumb don has no beliefs at all. Nothing is there but empty space. He is acting as if he cares and some people believe him. He is as phony and fake as they come but the people who support him must NEED to have someone as wackadoodle dipstick nuts as he is or they could not possibly adore him as they do. Different strokes.
