    Nope...I only used KIWI wax polish. And I shine my own. I could spit-shine a new pair of boots in about half an hour. Do you remember the expression "He doesn't know sh** from Shinola."?

      Until I read this question and saw the graphic that accompanies it, I had heard of Shinola for decades, but I thought it was a completely fictional product. I only knew about the word based on the expression to which you make reference in your response.
