I got to tell you that he is very odd in those interviews as a child and as an adult. I would feel better if someone said he was autistic. Then his facial affect would make sense. There is certainly zero DNA proof to link him to his sister's killing and I would think they would have been able to prove that. But the brother is an odd duck to say the least. The smile on his face is pretty creepy looking, even if they say he's just "nervous" giving interviews.

I think it's very a very good possibility. The whole family, Burk even more so, seems/seemed to be completely insane. Whether he did or didn't, I wouldn't dare blink with that weirdo in the room.
