Well duh; of course he does. All he cares about is money, money, money. But to be honest, he doesn't care about ALL billionaires, just one ... himself. If other billionaires are made richer in the process, then they will be beholding to him and give him some of their money (give as in spend at his hotels and such), or do his bidding. It's no coincidence that when he chose his cabinet (swamp) that 99% of them were rich white men.
Reflections of himself and what his base lusts after being...even the females! Not a womanly one among them. They go out to rallies drunk and probably weaponized just like their men. He has a thang for manly women since the feminine ones scare him. Thank you for your reply Shuhak.
