I haven’t figured it out either. I’m too lazy.

    Click on the "Upload" button

Click on the "Choose File" button

Select the file from your computer

    Click on the "Open" button.

    Have fun.

It seems far more complicated than that on my end. It asks for a source, size dimensions, etc.

Never mind. There is another button and it worked just fine. Lol, okay then.  This post was edited by Lady Ondine at February 2, 2020 8:12 AM MST

Humph!  I only see one continuous "Upload" button.  The adjacent button says "Insert/edit image" when I mouse over it.

Is there a browser issue? (I'm using Chrome)

If you click on the "Insert" menu, there is a menu item which accomplishes the same thing.

I just used it to upload the image you see above.

If that doesn't work either, then maybe you have a browser issue.

Also note: "Uploading" an image from your computer is NOT the same as "Inserting" an image from a Web page.

I am using a Google Chrome browser on my Lenovo/IBM laptop. This post was edited by SaltyPebble at February 1, 2020 8:32 PM MST

    Good luck!

Also, I've never tried the 'Mug on anything but a Windows-based PC. If you are using a phone/tablet or Mac/Linux, my advice might not be applicable. This post was edited by SaltyPebble at February 1, 2020 10:01 PM MST

You may have to ask the management to help with troubleshooting.

What happens when you attempt it?

    It just times out.

If getting time out. You are doing the correct steps but something is going wrong in the process. Could be your internet speed or something with the site.   I get that error sometimes (both on phone and PC). I do not know for certain why. But it fixes itself later.
