I'm sure many of you have experienced one of those days, the type of days you can only describe as "blah". Those days when your mind is blank, you're just going with the motion, not really fighting the flow or doing much of anything. All I want to do is sleep or just lay down and stare into space. There are plenty of things I should be doing today, I lack the motivation to do any of them. I barely have enough motivation to get up to use the restroom, take a shower or even eat. Its not that I'm depressed, if anything I'm quite the contrary. Days like these come unprovoked and seemingly out of nowhere. And I've yet to figure out how to change my disposition and encourage myself to get up and get things done. Today happens to be one of those days and I am forcing myself to write this and forcing myself to attempt my homework for class. Have any of you ever experience periods in your life such as this? If so how did you overcome it? What did you do or think about to get yourself motivated.
