Now that is not a sensible way to live. But sensible is not in the deck of cards that emotional eaters were dealt. Same thing with SHOPAHOLICS or HOARDERS or KLEPTOMANIACS or those who starve themselves to death because no matter how skeletal they become they see a fat person in the mirror.
