The American Disabilities Act is meant to make access to places easier for people with disabilities. Ramps for the wheelchairs for example. According to this former employee super don said no because he didn't want any blind people living there. Now why she would make that up I don't know but it does seem believable since he is so conscious of appearances and did make fun of a reporter with medical condition.

It ain't cheap building cages and kennels for kids ya know. Prioritize! Wonder what other monies were diverted from budget to sate the ever-growing appetite for "fixing" the immigration problem. Meanwhile citizens will die because how far can you stretch a buck? less
