It controlled what ailments/illnesses you could seek treatment for where you went for medical care and what you did for entertainment. It controlled the books,newspapers,magazines that could be published. There would be a government department in charge of that...the Censorship Cognoscenti. No printing company could publish anything that didn't have the Censorship Cognoscenti Department Seal of Approval. It would control where, when and if you were allowed to travel anywhere other than to work/school/home. You would have to get vouchers to go shopping for anything at anytime for any reason.
