People don't go out of their way to look trashy or cheap or dirty or ridiculous. However they look they think they look just fine. I mean who wants to be the clown at whom others point fingers and make jokes? No one. The idea of beauty is so variable it is breathtaking. Metal studs dot the face or lips or tongue. Beautiful to many. Multi-colored hair is festooned with ribbons. Gorgeous to those who think so. Spilling out of clothes that are way too tight. Sexy as he** and very appealing to some. Overdone makeup. Overdone jewelry. Overdone perfume. Older women trying so very hard to look young. All of these things are beautiful to some and not so much to others. Will there ever be a thing of beauty about which everyone would agree? I dunno. Doth thee? less
