The first thing he has to do is apologize to the American people for denying what actually happened and then he has to tell Russia that the US is watching and that it had better back off or there will be severe repercussions. He already has wimped out at implementing earlier sanctions on Russia. They were voted on and agreed upon and he still refuses to implement them. His refusal to admit the truth and the constant support he gives Russia should shock every American but his base doesn't give a rat's a** about the sanctity of our elections or our safety.
