Have you ever been in charge of a public restroom?

Not officially, but I tend to pick up scraps of toilet paper and dispose of them. Then I wash my hands. We have a sort of 'janitor', but he never washes the floor in the restroom. Therefore, there is a 'dark spot' under the urinal.
