I like tasteless and offensive Halloween costumes the best so if there's a really big news story between now and Halloween about a garbage bag wearing mass murderer or something then yeah, I'll definitely wear one for a Halloween costume.
Last year my Halloween costume was kind of plain and simple. I went as a lion but the head was too hot so I let my hubby carry it for me. He went as a dentist.
You don't need a news story to wear a costume made out of plastic garbage, trash, bin bag/liners. There are a lot of costumes you can make out of them. Let me know if you want ideas.

Border town, population 394. Children are not much appreciated in this corner of the country. The population in roadside rest areas outside of town might reach ten thousand or more in the winter, mostly Canadians with no children. I bought candy and left the light on one year. Nobody knocked.
