    Good morning Rosie

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized"

    Seems pretty clear to me..

When the founders declared independence from England, they did it because they believed in the sovereignty of the individual, that governments were instituted among man, that the citizens ran the government and NOT have governments rule man. They wanted to abolish the "Police state".

    Sorry Donald...wrong again...

Thank you for your thoughtful and informative reply des. All Trump has to  do is open his mouth and either a lie comes out or some ignorantly inane pronouncement that he believes to be true but isn't. He has no idea how very ignorant he is. His ego would not allow that truth to reach him. Either way it is an exercise in futility! Like trying to grab/hold onto a hologram. Nothing is there but illusion. Every time. Sigh. More's the pity! :(
