If Bernie's Healthcare has no premiums, does this mean everyone on SS/Medicare will have an increase in their monthly benefit check?

A PREMIUM for Medicare is automatically deducted from each recipient's SS check. The amount is over $100 per month.
If there is no premiums in Bernie's plan, why is he not campaigning that his healthcare play will also be increasing everyone's SS check each month?

Bernie has made it clear that he uses the word medicare generically, not as a reference to what seniors in this country have, Medicare.    In a single payer world the seniors would have the same thing as everyone else.

I do not think he has made thst clear. But that is moot to my question.
How does that effect the SS checks? Will they remain the same or increase because of no Medicare premium deduction?

    What SS checks?  Assume nothing.

Sorry, I read an article early on where he told an  interviewer that he was not saying the Medicare that now exists for seniors is what he means by medicare for all.  Medical-care-for-all is the long version.  I have not watched too much of him or read much so I remember what I have read.   This post was edited by Thriftymaid at February 27, 2020 5:29 PM MST

Social Security/Disability benefit checks. There is a Medicare premium deducted from them, if the recipient has signed up for Medicare B and does not receive "extra help" from their state.

I have read articles as well saying a new program. But those I have read in support of the program say it is expanding Medicare. Standard deduction for Med B....is $144.60 for 2020.

This is terrifying. Bernie Sanders has made abundantly clear over and over what he will do.

The fact that no one is paying attention and saying absolute nonsense, is the terrifying thing.

I know what Bernie said. He said nothing like anything you all are saying he is running on.

It is simple.  We don't have to give all the money to the freaking one percent. OKAY?  The one percent own as much as the other 99 percent combined.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH UNDERSTANDING THAT?  YOU SHOULD EMBRACE THE TRUTH THAT YOU ARE NOT PART OF THE ELITE WHO ARE BENEFITTING FROM YOU STARVING. AND THE SAD PART IS, THAT THEY WILL NOT EVEN  NOTICE THE PINCH.  WHILE WE ARE ALL BEING STRANGLED TO DEATH.  NO DECENT HEALTHCARE.  EASILY PAID FOR.  LET THEM FORK OVER A FEW BUCKS AND STOP PRETENDING THAT IT IS THEIR MONEY.

THAT IS BERNIE'S PLATFORM.  YOU THINK SOCIALISM IS GETTING YOUR JUST DEMOCRATIC ALOTMENT?  LOOK AT SUCCESSFUL COUNTRIES THE WORLD OVER.  THEY DO FINE.  WE ARE DYING AND LOVING OUR KILLERS.  THAT IS THE PROGRESSIVE VOTER'S TAKE ON WHAT IS UP.

I doubt he's fully fleshed it out yet. Reasonable, he's proposed a basic framework and will fill in the details later. He hasn't even secured the nomination yet, and there's a long time between the DNC and the election. I'm sure a clearer picture will emerge closer to when you actually need to know.

He has introduced it as a bill in the past....So he should have it flushed out.  But as of yet I cannot find an answer.  Someone must know the answer it would be needed to do the cost analysis of the bill which has been done. (Adds $14T to debt)  They had to factor it in one way or another.
