I fry nothing. NOTHING! I can't stand grease in my kitchen. Every blue moon I take an electric skillet outside and fry okra; I love it. But these days, I sometimes get it at Cracker Barrel. I get a plate of four veggies, three okras and one potato. Then I take a Tagamet. A year later I do it again.
