Are you able to put on a t-shirt the correct way in complete darkness?

What if it doesn't have a tag?

Approximately three out of five times I get it right, tag or no tag.

  • That's not a bad success rate at all. I'd say my first attempt rate is probably pretty low.  I'm always having to spin it around and feel my way to victory.

  • Hell, I can barely do that with the lights on.  You'd think I'd be able to feel the lines where it's sewed together.

All my T-shirts have little pockets on the front, except the 'Tony Stewart' shirt that I never wear.

  • I have never owned a t-shirt with a pocket...but yea that would make navigation pretty easy.

Yes.  You don't need a tag to tell you which is the back - the back is higher than the front at the neck.

  • You're able to figure that out in complete darkness though?  I mean I guess you could but it would probably take twice as long as just throwing it on and saying "Nope, that feels backwards."

Yes, I can do it in complete darkness.  You hold the shirt by the shoulder seams and feel to see which side has the dip for the neck - it isn't rocket science.

  • You never know when you might find yourself doing some live action roleplay that predates electricity and the knowledge of fire.
