Wells Fargo gets away with murder. Why isn't someone going to jail?

This bank has donated millions to the clinton foundation and the clinton campaign and the democrat party and they've paid directly bill and hillary hundreds of thousands or maybe millions of dollars. No one will go to jail until we get rid of the corrupt politicians.

Apparently the bank didn't break any criminal laws (with the possible exception of some labor laws, but even that's "iffy).

The banking laws as they stand now provide for no criminal penalties. Dodd-Frank only provides for a "you gotta share the spoils with us, the Federal government, if we catch you" provision with a wink and a nod. Any losses and fines just get passed on to the customers and, sometimes, the stockholders. And if you don't like it you can take your business to another ban . . . oh, wait; they're all the same now.

@Salt and Red Pepper, apparently you haven't read about the "criminal laws" they have broken, including bank fraud and employee abuse. If you and I broke these laws, we would go to jail.

Of course! In a nutshell when you're born into privilege there will be many perks. they fail  to take into mind the words found at galatians 6:7 "do not be misled: God is not one to be mocked. For whatever a person is sowing, this he will also reap; because the one sowing with a view to his flesh will reap corruption from his flesh."

Those do not refer to the issues being discussed now.

They lied about how big their company really was. People thought they were really valuable, And paid a lot of money for their shares. When in reality they weren't worth that much.
