    I think that teacher was just another clueless, attention-seeking twit. Apart from anything else, everybody knows the real meaning of the word "Brownies" and it is not racist at all.

    You can't fix stupid.

    Some how we got into this circle of parents suing schools for disciplining children and schools saying ok hands off call the cops let them deal with it.

    Sounds like the school policy has changed, and the teacher doesn't necessarily agree with it. The County prosecutor, and the police department, are the ones who insisted on the changes. So maybe read into it a little more before villainizing a teacher that's caught up in something beyond her control.

    Nope, it was not the school, nor the parents, that caused the current situation at the school. It was the local government and police departments.
