Here are some things I have noticed. Some trees in a park sprouted leaves in early September. Yesterday I heard a Cicada. (never before have I heard one so late. The geese are not flocking; nor are the blackbirds. We have had a plague of shield bugs for two years. (Never saw them before.)
It's soooo hot , I saw a dog chasing a cat and they were both walking !
The talking plants are really starting to get on my nerves
No.
Things change from year to year, much as always. A few years ago we had rain throughout the winter with little snow. That was followed by two years of exceptitional snowfall and bitter cold temps. I have seen the same throughout my lifetime.
You don't really understand flora and fauna, do you? The question is not about the weather. You aren't the only one so feel bad.
You and I seem to be the only responders who know the meaning of flora and fauna. Good grief!
It's embarrassing that so few seem to understand the question. Oh well, you got some nice answers about the weather. And no, I see no change in either plant or animal life to attribute to so-called global warming.
Yes, I do. I also understand that the flora and fauna react to the weather...question is, do you?
The answers ore OK. I spend much of my time observing nature...many others don't, which is also OK. I have lots of time to do so and have for decades.
If by climate change you mean global warming then I say no I haven't. What changes I do see in my region (Midwest) are those that occur naturally.
I don't mix meanings. I just observe.
Yes.....I have noticed it's very hot here in Florida !
New sea routes along the northern coast of Canada have opened up and traffic there is increasing steadily.
So my sister says...and quite rainy. She lives on the Gulf.
Yikes.
I had been living in the middle of the desert where weather is pretty static a hot was normal. There were a couple of bitter cold (and snowy) winters right before I left.
Now I'm in hill country (been here maybe a month) and I don't really know what the normal weather is though the news has said it was an unusually hot and rainy summer.
