Does intelligence have nothing to do with it or everything to do with it? What "it"?

Good manners. Is the degree of rude directly related to the degree of IQ? The rude are low IQ and the mannerly are high? Or is comportment in the eye of the beholder and not measureable against a yardstick like degree of smarts? Whatcha think?

    I do not think it is IQ.   It is environment and what they chose to learn. And just how self centered a person is.
