Are murderers born or made?

I had a customer at my business who later murdered his wife and her friend. He had an attitude whenever he came in. He was like a bully. 

Both. Sociopathic behavior can be both innate and learned. 

I blame their mothers, so both. 

Some are spur-of-the-moment.  You just never know when you're going to walk in on someone banging your worse half. :P

It"s a little bit of both.  Some  people murder because  it's in their Genes and other people murder because it's in their Jeans  (they get off by killing people). Cheers!
