This is a serious law "they" felt was necessary. Can you imagine the evil of someone who would do that? Like those with AIDS who screw everyone keeping that little secret? Evil is everywhere and making the appearance of caring about it matters. Optics folks. Gotta cover your a** with optics and inane words of comfort. Cover up indifference with platitudes. Works every time. :(

    Wonder if that would apply to Donald Trump' for all we know he might of known he had/has the virus and he kept/keeps  on meeting people. Cheers!
