For instance: Kent-Reade, Wesson-Smith, Kahn-Mann, Biggs-Diehl, Fisher-Boatman, Church-Devlin.

    Kingdom-Hall  (Kingdom is a real name, I knew someone at work called that)

    My sister-in-law's maiden name was Shorter, so if our family name had been Oxford, she could have chosen to be known as Mrs Shorter-Oxford, as in Shorter Oxford English dictionary.

    Mister-Mister-Mister the Surgeon.......Surgeons in England are called Misters...so if a women Surgeon married she would be legally called Mrs Mister Mister Mister   :)
