To your knowledge, have there been any suicides that have been carried out as a direct result of the Corona Virus?

I think I read in yesterday's newspaper that there was a murder suicide by someone who had contracted the virus.  There weren't many details, but I believe it was a husband and wife.

Yes. Someone I work with lost a friend about a week ago.

It's a difficult thing to track because it's not necessarily the virus itself. It's the isolation, the job losses, the economic strife, etc.
