The smallest things it appears are the most powerful , so being only a little Titch myself should mean that you kneed to tread more carfully in future I would think.....:(
There have been times where the reality has reminded me of both. Talks of mutations, quarantines, bio weapons, lab accidents, cover-ups, and doomsday predictions. Overall though the cinematic versions are a bit more dramatic of course.

Differences: Movie disease more contagious Movie disease more deadly Quarentine enforced by military Clinical trials not required for possible treatment Dr Fauci and Dr Birx look nothing like Dustin Hoffman and Rene Russo
Outbreak is a good movie...you should watch it.

I always loved in Outbreak how Dustin was able to conduct a full investigation and track down the animal in what seemed like only a couple hours of time passing in the movie.
Dustin: "We need to find the animal of origin!!!!!!" Cuba Gooding: "Well luckily in the interest of saving time I already have one prepared." *takes monkey out of portable oven*
