    I just read that oil is at negative prices so I guess that means they have to pay  people to take it away. Cheers!

    I'II take some too but just so I can give it to my buddy - I don't drive.  Anyway I just watched globe news and there was nothing about negative prices yet. Cheers!

    Me too, even being a greenie. :(

    But it's never worked that way. The oil is crude so it needs refining before we can use it as fuel.
    Then there's the transport and the costs of infrastructure to store and pumps to supply it.
    And there's all the various taxes.

    My big hope is that some day when we sell up and move, we'll be able to get an electric car and recharge it from voltaics on the roof and Tesla batteries.

    By the barrel, I believe it's crude oil, so unless you have a way to refine it, it's useless to you.
