If the chick is hanging on yer shoulders,  that may be a good sign she wants to smooch. 

I guess. With first kisses, I always wait for the guy to take the initiative. In a relationship, it's a bit different. There have been times where a partner was testy or dealing with something and I kissed them to make them not mad or distract them. It's a win every time. 

Far far far better than I ever could have expected.....I've been living with my boss ever since....:)
