What thing would they put outside that will do something interesting in the rain, then snow, windy, spring, summer, and autumn?

List of ideas here, but would be good if you list some other ones
Just 2 examples:

Sunny - sun charms
spring - many kinds of colored flowers

    Well if  you put out a bird feeder during  the all the conditions  you mentioned  something interesting will happen  -  a  bunch of flying creatures will show up and start a  music concert in your yard. Cheers!
