    I've not been made unemployed.. I am working from home.. so it's not been applicable to me.

    I run my own company
    so no unemployment for me.
    I'm Ok... my clients own 8 buildings that i
    take care of as a contractor, so always
    something happening...haha

    I do need it and I think I would be eligible,
    but I've done it before, back in 2008, when the only other option was to starve.
    I never want to go through that again.

    I found the process so bureaucratically difficult and full of built in obstacles - and then with a four month wait - that I attempted suicide before the money was granted.

    Weirdly, the money arrived three days after I was released from hospital.

    Yes I have filed. I was approved for pandemic unemployment not regular unemployment as I am not an employee.

      My job has not been cut back nor changed very much, and my paycheck is largely (about 97.599999%) intact. My wife, however, has been grounded for over a month now, her hours are zero a as such, so is her paycheck. She has already filed for unemployment, yes.
