Few people in the world would agree that their spouse is their ideal mate.
Perhaps most thought so when they made their vows and slipped on their rings.

When I married Ari, it was because I'd realised that an ideal mate is impossible.
Ari is my best friend, and I'm very lucky in that.

One must accept what is and make the best of it.

  I’ll be there as soon as I can.

except that no one's allowed in except Aussies who were trapped overseas at the time the pandemic broke out.

Dear Sigmund, would that visit be for marriage counselling?
