Do you think an "Unlucky Gamblers' Casino" could be entertaining and profitable for an entrepreneur to invest in?

For people who seem to always be unlucky at the regular casinos but enjoy the thrill of gambling with their cash.
You pay $10. to enter the casino and play for 2 hours. You use your cash to buy chips and get a receipt so you will get back all the thousands of dollars you spent on the chips that you lost gaming. In the unlikely event that you won anything you simply just give back the chips  but then you could head for a real casino if you think you are on a roll.

That is a really creative idea but it seems like a lot of work for $10.00.

Right seems like an interesting but may be an unprofitable enterprise.

My father was a gambler., so I never do. Most people going to casinos are unlucky, therefore all casinos are 'Unlucky Gambler's' casinos. Dang, I used the word casino three times in one sentence.

Not a good investment. In that scenario the casino wouldn’t earn enough to even pay the staff a decent wage. Not to mention the cost of a gaming license, supplies and upkeep.

    Thanks for helping me, Kittigate!

I hope to come back and try to comprehend -- I'm still confused (it's not you, believe me, ha! -- and I've got some other fun things on my mind that require me to get back to work ) -- but I'm still maybe confused, picturing paying only ten dollars, then getting a receipt and then getting thousands of dollars back for lost chips.
    :)

You use your real money to buy chips to gamble (being sure to get your receipt) so to make your experience realistic. Then when you are done losing all your chips you can take your receipt to cashier and get all your money back. Like thousands of dollars if you spent that much on chips.

That's not an unlucky gambler's casino, that's a casino for a gambler with average luck.  The only time the truly unlucky person would ever win big would be in your casino where it doesn't count and he or she wouldn't win any money from it.  If the truly unlucky person were on a roll in your casino, their roll would be over as soon as they go out the door and head for the real casino.

Anyway, a lot of truck stops already have something similar to what you're talking about.  They have casino-like games but the people that play them can only win discounts for items in their store excluding gasoline, cigarettes, alcohol and lottery and the winnings can't be exchanged for cash.
