Joe Biden, 2020 Democratic candidate for President. You're kidding right. This big-government socialist can't string a coherent sentence together to save his life. He regularly trails off and goes blank mid-sentence, and he can't remember what he said mere moments before. His steep mental decline is quite obvious.
He also has a history of making odd comments, blatantly lying, supporting bad policy decisions, and aligning himself with corrupt politicians. But perhaps the strangest element of Biden's personality is his habitual nature of inappropriately touching women in public places. The man would be a menace to the United States if allowed to become President.
