Is your pay commensurate in comparison to the level of stress you have to deal with?

Normally, the only stress I have when I work at the office is that I don't have enough to do and it's hard to make it look like you're busy when you're on the Internet most of the day.  So, in that respect, I'm overpaid. :)

Sure...two pensions and social security with a part time cleaning job. Little stress.

You don't get paid based on stress.  Some people get stressed about nothing while some fly right through it.

Not at all. I long ago learned how to handle my job and deal with the stresses so really I have very few now considering how well I am paid for what I do. But as one comment observed we are seldom paid for stress but rather for what we are able to accomplish.

I believe I was paid well when I worked. There were various stresses, but in my mind I never correlated my pay with my levels of stress or vice-versa. I purposely never applied for supervisor on my job because I saw how much more stressful they had things. I did correlate their stress levels and their pay, and found it not worth the trouble in my opinion.

    How about you?

Now you get to sit on your porch and yell "GET OFF OF MY LAWN, YOU WIPPERSNAPPERS."
