What can you tell about others based on their avatars?

How much can you tell about others? What does your avatar say about you?

  • Handed down many many generations. The brave warrior died in battle, this way he lives on forever. *sticks tongue out and thumbs nose* (we wolves are a very mature bunch)

I suppose with many avatars, one might get an idea of their sense of humor or irony, political or religious beliefs, favorite movie, music, actor or musician, or a multitude of other things...but it is still just a small part of the whole of who they are.

It might be interesting to hear what others who do not know me think my avatar says about me, though.

I think you were a former Playboy bunny.  I'm sticking with that fantasy. :-D

(Edit: in the interest of full disclosure, when I first 'happened upon' you on another site, I initially thought you were African American.  Not that it made any difference, obviously, but still... :-))

Well I've only been a bunny for a couple of months, TQ...keep the fantasy going.

Did you think I was two-dimensional, too?  Lol

Not usually...unless I want to slip under someone's door and into their dreams.  It comes in very handy then.  ;)

  • Yours??
    Hmm
Looks like a playboy bunny to me. But more artsy. Like those people you see in Cirque du soleil.
Plus it's.sort of little, Pettitte, and together with the.name and the ette ending I get a.feeling of a small French girl.
    Yes?
    No?
    Maybe?

Much more artsy.  Petite?  5'3", I suppose that depends on one's perspective.  Not French, though two of my names are.  I'm somewhat of a mutt, but prefer to claim my Viking heritage.

  • Of course, you should have.known I was.going to. )

I don't know if you should change yours or.not. Yellow does look good on you. On the other hand I'd say it's not flamboyant enough.
Which makes.me.think that maybe you are not as.outrageous as you want us to believe.  )
I do change.mine.often according to my mood or the.latest protest I may be involved in.
Thank you Winged. Always nice to.have you stop by.

I don't pay much attention to other avatars.

My avatar: I'm a musicophile, a music lover.  I listen to all kinds of music.

  • I think there's a Barbershop Quartet day, isn't there?
I read somewhere that together with Swing and The New Orleans sound it was a big influence in the.development of jazz. I think.
I do like a little bit of the music thing myself.
Listening to the Cordoba Guitar Festival now.
    Thanks Beans

From yours I can tell you like pink glitter, are generally (although not always) conservative, are probably female...and you live in the midwest. :-)

I hate glitter and sparkly almost always.  I like sparklers though.  I've never lived in the midwest.     My avatar is the only one I've ever had; had it since the first interactive website I  ever joined  back in 2009, Answerbag.
